My work in clinical settings has spanned public urban hospitals, suburban community settings, rural resort, and international environments. Areas of significant experience and expertise include: Emergency Medicine, Disaster Medicine, Public Health, Emergency Medical Services, Wilderness Medicine, Travel Medicine and International Health, and Communicable Disease Control. With my retirement from state service, I plan to explore other opportunities to work in health policy and programs or disaster response through a foundation, international relief group, or public health organization.
